Come and experience the warm and inviting atmosphere of the Marksbury Car Boot, a delightful Sunday afternoon car boot sale that runs from May until the end of September. The car boot begins at 1.00 PM and boasts a charming Tea Tent, as well as ample restroom facilities, including disabled toilets.

The car boot is located in Marksbury, Bath, at BA2 9HQ.

There is no need for sellers to book a pitch at the carboot. You can simply turn up on the day starting from 11.00 AM. Buyers, however, are not permitted into the selling area until 1.00 PM, unless specified otherwise for special occasions.

The refreshment shed has a designated seating area for buyers to wait until the selling area opens. Stewards are present to ensure all attendees’ safety and help make the day an enjoyable experience. If a buyer is caught outside of the seating area, they will be asked to return to it.

An office shed is located near the refreshment area. This assists with first aid, inquiries, lost and found items, lost children (or partners), table hire, and complaints.

There are several rules in place to ensure the smooth running of the market, including no buying, selling, or reserving before 1.00 PM, no buyers allowed in the selling field until 1.00 PM, and all dogs must be kept on a leash.

Attendees are also required to follow the instructions of security and stewards. The sale of alcohol, tobacco and illegal items is strictly prohibited. Anyone found breaking these rules may be asked to leave immediately.
