K&T Bootfair Carboot Sale runs on grass off Whitstable Rd, just outside Herne Bay (CT6 8BH) in Kent. This outdoor bootfair opens every Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday through the season, from April to October, drawing local bargain-hunters and sellers across the South East.
Sellers arrive from 8:30 AM and buyers from 9:30 AM, with trading wrapping up around 1:00 PM. Pitches are great value: a 20ft pitch costs £5 and a 40ft pitch £15. Buyers pay just 50p for car parking, so it is a cheap day out. No booking is needed — simply turn up on the day.
Expect around 30 stalls packed with second-hand bargains, household goods, tools, toys and collectables. The grass site has on-site parking, refreshments to keep you going, and dogs are welcome on a lead. Wear sensible footwear in wet weather as the field can get muddy.
