Cols Car Boot is one of the biggest car boot sales in the West Midlands, held on grass at Botterham Lane, Wombourne, Wolverhampton (WV5 0LU). It runs every Wednesday and Sunday plus Bank Holiday Mondays, drawing thousands of bargain hunters in the summer while staying open all year round.
Gates open at 6:00 AM for both sellers and buyers, with trading through to 1:00 PM. Buyer entry is £1 per person. Seller pitches are £9 for a car, £12 for a car and trailer or small van, £15 for a large van, and £18 for a large van and trailer. Just turn up and pay on the day.
Expect a huge spread of stalls — around 75 — selling everything from household goods and tools to toys, clothes and collectables. On-site facilities include parking, toilets, disabled parking, and refreshments with ice-cream vans in summer. There are bouncy castles and children's rides too, making it a family-friendly day out.
