Glasgow's Winter Wonderland at St Enoch Square is one of the city's main Christmas markets, with festive chalets selling gifts, crafts and seasonal food and drink alongside funfair rides and attractions at the foot of Buchanan Street. A second Winter Wonderland with an ice rink runs separately on Glasgow Green. In 2026 the St Enoch Square market opens on Friday 6 November and runs until Sunday 27 December.
Until 20 December it is open from noon to 9pm Monday to Thursday, noon to 10pm on Fridays, 10am to 10pm on Saturdays and 10am to 9pm on Sundays. From 21 to 27 December it opens daily from 10am to 10pm, except Christmas Eve, when it closes at 8pm, and Christmas Day, when it is closed. Entry is free and you pay only for rides and food.
