Polmadie Car Boot Sale on Jessie Street is billed as Scotland's only fully undercover car boot sale, located just off Junction 1A of the M74 in south-east Glasgow. It runs three times a week - Wednesday 7.30am-2.30pm and Saturday and Sunday 6am-2.30pm - with stalls selling everything from fruit and veg to bric-a-brac, plus snack bars and home-baking stalls. There is a free public car park and toilet facilities including disabled access; sellers simply turn up and queue.
