Hop Farm Boot Fair is a popular outdoor car boot sale held on the grass grounds of the Hop Farm at Maidstone Rd, Beltring, Tonbridge TN12 6QF, in Kent's South East. It runs most weekends from April through to October, with sellers and bargain-hunters flocking to this well-known Kent venue.

Buyers arrive from 9:30 AM and entry is £1 per adult. Sellers choosing the Morning & Afternoon session arrive between 9:30 AM and 11:30 AM and pay £15.00, while late arrivals after 11:30 AM pay £10.00 per pitch. No advance booking is required — simply turn up and pay on the gate.

Expect around 30 stalls spread across the open grass field, with a relaxed countryside atmosphere. Facilities include on-site parking, toilets and refreshments, and dogs are welcome, making it an easy morning out for the whole family.
