Hounslow Car Boot is a long-running, family-friendly outdoor sale on Hounslow Heath off Staines Road, Hounslow TW4 5DS, in northwest Greater London. Set on grass, it has been going for almost 30 years and runs every Thursday, Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday through the season from April to October.

Sellers set up from 6:00 AM; early buyer entry is from 6:30 AM and normal entry from 8:30 AM. On Sundays buyer entry is £3 per adult before 8:30 AM and £2 after, while Thursday and Saturday entry is £1. Seller pitches on Sunday cost £15 for a car, £20 for a small van or 4x4, £25 for a Transit van, £30 for an LWB van or tipper and £35 for a Luton; on Thursdays and Saturdays it is £13 for a car, £16 for a small van, £20 for a Transit and £25 for a Luton. No need to book in advance — just turn up.

Expect around 50 stalls with a wide mix of secondhand bargains, household goods and collectables. There is plenty of buyer parking, on-site toilets, catering, disabled access and dogs are welcome. Excellent public transport links serve the site, including train, tube and buses 116, 117 and 235.
