Linslade Car Boot is a popular grass-field car boot sale on the edge of Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire (LU7 0DU). It normally runs every Sunday from April to September, drawing around 100 stalls packed with clothes, books, furniture, electronics and everyday bargains.
Buyers get in from 12:00 PM (the sale runs until around 5:00 PM) for just £1 per car. Sellers arrive from 11:00 AM, with pitches priced at £9 for cars, £12 for small vans and £15 for large vans — no booking needed, just turn up and pay on the gate.
Set on grass, this is a relaxed outdoor boot sale with on-site parking and refreshments, including an ice cream van through the summer months. It's a great convenient spot to hunt for a bargain, meet friends and grab a bite while you browse.
Update: the organisers announced on 8 July 2026 that Sunday 12 July was their last sale of the year while the council deals with their planning appeal. Visitors reported it not running in August 2026. Check the organiser's Facebook page before travelling.
