Pevensey Bay Carboot Sale is a traditional outdoor boot sale on a grass field at A259 Eastbourne Rd, Pevensey Bay, Pevensey, BN24 6BN, just outside Eastbourne in East Sussex. It runs every Sunday from April through October, sitting on the A259 between Asda and Pevensey Bay village with picturesque South Downs views.
Gates open at 7:00 AM for both sellers and buyers, running until around 1:00 PM. Sellers pay £10 for a car or £12 for a van, with trailers carried free of charge. Buyers pay 50p for adults and 30p for OAPs, while children enter free.
Expect around 50 stalls across a family-friendly site with generous pitch sizes, convenient parking and access, and on-site toilets. Refreshments include burgers, hot dogs, bacon rolls, hot and cold drinks and an ice cream van. Note the organisers will cancel in poor weather or wet ground conditions, so check their Facebook page before travelling.
