Seaham Car Boot Sale (Sunday Site) is a huge grass car boot on Seaham Coast Road, Seaham SR7 7AG, on the North East coast. Reckoned to be one of the biggest car boots in the country, it runs every Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday from April to October. It is the larger counterpart to Seaham's Saturday boot, which sits on the opposite site.
Buyers can arrive from 10:00 AM, with entry £5 between 10am and 12pm, then dropping to just £1 from noon onwards. Sellers set up from 11:00 AM (Early Bird pitches from 10:00 AM for an extra £5). Seller pitches cost £12 for a car, £16 for a van and £3 for a trailer.
With around 150 stalls spread across the grass field, there is plenty to hunt through for bargains, collectables and household goods. The site is fully outdoors with on-site parking. Assistance dogs only are permitted. As an outdoor grass venue, the sale can be affected by bad weather, so check ahead with the organiser before travelling.
