A monthly indoor boot sale in the Assembly Hall of the Elm Park Community Association on Eyhurst Avenue, a couple of minutes from Elm Park station on the District line. It runs on the last Saturday of every month from 10am to 1pm and is the main indoor alternative in this corner of east London and the Essex border once the outdoor sales at Rainham and Hornchurch stop for the winter.

The association runs a tea bar through the sale and puts on a raffle, and the money raised goes back into the community centre. Sellers book a table in advance by emailing [email protected] rather than paying on the door; tables are limited and the organisers regularly report being close to full a fortnight ahead.
