Leysdown Bootfair is one of the biggest and busiest car boot sales on the Isle of Sheppey, set on a grass field at Leysdown Rd, Leysdown-on-Sea, Sheerness, ME12 4LR. Held every Sunday from March to September in one of Kent's busiest holiday resorts, it draws crowds of bargain hunters and sellers across the South East season.
Gates open at 6:00 AM for both sellers and buyers, running through to around 1:00 PM. Entry for buyers is completely free, while seller pitches cost £10 for cars and £15 for vans — just turn up and pay on the day, no advance booking needed.
Expect around 50 stalls packed with second-hand bargains, household goods, tools, toys and collectables. The site is an outdoor grass venue with on-site parking, toilets and refreshments available. As an open-air field event, it can be cancelled in poor weather, so check ahead before travelling.
