Shootash Carboot Sale is a family-run Saturday car boot on Tanners Lane at Shootash crossroads, west of Romsey. It runs every Saturday from April to the end of November, with sellers from 6am, buyers from 7am and trading until about 1pm. Entry is 50p (under-16s free), with car pitches from £7 and vans from £12.

The sale is now under new management, and still runs on Saturdays. Sat-nav: use SO51 6GA, the code the organisers give for the site entrance — their older website quotes SO51 6DP for Tanners Lane, which is a neighbouring approach about 600 m away.
