The BIG Wirral Car Boot Sale returned to the car park of Tranmere Rovers' Prenton Park in Birkenhead in March 2026 after Wirral Council granted a market licence for up to 250 stalls. It runs every Sunday with sellers setting up between 5.30am and 7am and the sale open from 7.30am until midday. Only genuine second-hand goods are permitted.
