A long-running field boot sale at Hawk Fruit Farm in Weeley, between Colchester and Clacton, opposite the McDonald's off the Weeley roundabout. Run by The Boot Group, it has been going for more than thirty years and opens every Saturday and bank holiday Monday from March into October or November; the 2026 season started in mid-March.

The sale runs from 6am to midday on short grass with plenty of pitch space and a large parking area. Buyers pay 50p each, capped at £1 a car. Seller pitches are £8 for a car, £10 for a van, £12 for a box van and £15 for a lorry, with £2 extra for a trailer; pedestrian sellers pay 25p. There is a purpose-built toilet block with wheelchair access and a food van serving hot food and drinks.
