Hayes Farm Carboot Sale (also known as Hayes Street Farm Boot Fair) is one of the biggest car boot sales in Kent and South East London, set on open farmland at Hayes Ln, Bromley BR2 7LB. It runs roughly fortnightly on Sundays from late March to the end of September on dates fixed by the farm (alternating with Tripes Farm), drawing crowds of bargain hunters across the season.

Gates open at 8:00 AM for sellers and buyers alike (sellers queue beforehand). Entry for buyers is £1 per adult, children free. Seller pitches cost £14 for cars and from £16 for vans, with no booking required. Note the entrance has changed — sellers and buyers now enter via the existing exit gate across the car park field, as the old farm-yard entrance is exit-only.

Expect around 50 stalls packed with second-hand goods, household items, tools and collectables. The grass site offers on-site parking, toilets and refreshments, so you can make a morning of it. As an outdoor sale on grass, it may be cancelled in poor weather, so check ahead before travelling.
