Lansdown Car Boot Sale is one of the best-loved bargain hunts in the Bristol and Bath area, held at the Lansdown Park & Ride in Lansdown, Bath (BA1 9BJ). It runs every Sunday from the first Sunday in April through to the last Sunday in September, and has been pulling in buyers and sellers for over 25 years.

Sellers can turn up between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM with no need to book a pitch — just show up on the day. Pitches are £10 for cars and 4x4s, £12 for small vans, £15 for large vans, and £5 for trailers. Buyers can enter from 8:00 AM (not before); parking is £2 before 8:00 AM and £1 after, and pedestrians pay £1 per person.

Expect around 50 stalls packed with second-hand finds, plus on-site catering, toilets, and parking. During the summer there's often a bouncy castle and an ice cream van too. Dogs are welcome but must be kept on leads, and stewards are on hand throughout. Please follow site rules, dispose of rubbish responsibly, and note that prohibited items are not permitted.

Fantastic carboot, run by a friendly team. Can be a little cold in the mornings, so bring a coat!
