A Sunday car boot sale beside the NY500 cafe on the Malton Road out of Pickering, open every Sunday of the year when the weather allows. It deliberately starts late: sellers arrive from 10am and buyers are admitted from 11am for £1 per person with free parking. Any size of vehicle pays £10 for a pitch and there is no pre-booking. Food, drink and toilets are available on site. The organiser calls it the best car boot sale in North Yorkshire.
