Tripes Farm Boot Sale is a long-running grass-field car boot sale at Tripes Farm on Chelsfield Lane, Orpington, BR6 7RS. Running since 1988 on selected Sundays from March through September, it is a well-organised, professionally marshalled outdoor sale on the Greater London and Kent border.
Gates open at 7:00 AM for both sellers and buyers, with most traders set up by 8:00 AM and the sale typically lasting around five to six hours. Entry for buyers is free. Seller pitch prices are £14 for cars, £17 for small vans, £20 for large vans and £2 for trailers. For all enquiries and to check the sale status, call 01689 876602 and select option 1 to hear the pre-recorded message.
Expect around 100 stalls packed with second-hand bargains, household goods, tools, clothing and collectables across a spacious grass field. On-site facilities include parking, toilets and refreshments to make a full morning out, and dogs are welcome.
